1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of InerDrop, a platform to create online stores, manage products, receive payments and import products from suppliers. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your stores.

3. Plans and billing

Every account starts with a free trial. After the trial, the plan you choose is charged monthly. Launch promotions apply only for the period shown when you sign up. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

4. Your store and products

You are responsible for the products you sell, their descriptions, prices, taxes, shipping and customer service, and for following the laws of the countries where you sell.

You must not sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited items, or use InerDrop for fraud or abuse.

5. Payments and suppliers

Payments in your store are processed by ZumboPay, and supplier orders may be sent to CJ Dropshipping. Their own terms also apply. InerDrop is not responsible for decisions made by these providers.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put customers, other merchants or the platform at risk.

7. Liability

InerDrop is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will let you know before they take effect.
