Store data: products, orders, customers, domains and settings you add.

Order data from your customers: name, contact, shipping address and order details needed to complete a purchase.

2. How we use it

To run your account and stores, process orders and payments, send supplier orders, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We share only what is needed with the services that make the platform work: ZumboPay for payments, CJ Dropshipping for supplier orders, and our hosting provider to store data securely.

4. Merchants and their customers

Each merchant controls the data of their own store's customers and must tell them how it is used.

5. Security and storage

Data is stored with access controls so each merchant sees only their own stores. We keep data while your account is active or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or close your account. Some records, such as payment history, may be kept when the law requires it.

We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest change on this page.
